Jan Svankmajer

My obsession for this man grows daily thanks to Lee! I've never really been a fan of surrealism, but there's something about his work which I just love. Maybe it's because Tim Burton drew his inspiration from him. You can clearly see this as well from "Alice" and "Food" just from the way that Svankmajer distorts the faces and there's the obvious use of stop motion animation. Ahh, thankyou Lee.

Sewing Machine

This was one of my Birthday presents from my Mum, Dad and sisters. It's a mini John Lewis Sewing Machine in pastel pink. I love it so so much. It's really easy to use and is just so handy! Plus it's rather cute :)

New Hat

I need to upload more pictures of my recent buys. I have undoubtably neglected to do so due to my solitary mood and disregard for typing or speaking anything more than a sentence long.

I bought my hat (which I have been lusting after for months) in an antique/vintage shop on Lark Lane. I ADORE IT. (capital letters for emphasis) The bonus was...it was only £10. Score.
